Welcome to Memory Canvas. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account: When you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive an identifier, display name, and email (if you choose to share it).
• Profile: Nickname, avatar, gender, email, and other details you provide.
• Content: Text, images, stickers, drawings, voice, and templates—stored on device by default; uploaded or synced only when you choose.
• Membership & purchases: Plan type, expiry, and App Store transaction identifiers for entitlements and orders.
• Device & logs: Device model, OS and app version, and operational logs for security and stability.

How we use information

We use this information to provide sign-in, canvas editing, asset downloads, template sharing, and membership; to keep accounts and services secure; and to improve the product. We do not use it for purposes outside this policy without your consent.

Local storage & cloud sync

Without sign-in, canvas and assets stay on your device. After sign-in, profile, membership, and content you choose to upload may be stored on our servers as needed. You can clear local data in the app; uninstalling removes on-device content.

Membership & in-app purchase

Membership is sold via Apple In-App Purchase (monthly or lifetime). Payment is processed by Apple; we do not collect full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store subscription settings.

Third-party services

Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchase are provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Our API serves account, assets, templates, and membership over encrypted connections. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

Your rights

• Edit your profile in the app
• Sign out to stop account-related services
• Clear all local data in system settings

Minors

The app is intended primarily for adults. Minors should use it with guardian consent and supervision.

Policy updates

We may update this policy and publish changes in the app or on this site. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
