Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Memory Canvas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

The service

The app provides creative journaling and canvas editing—including stickers, photos, text, handwriting, voice notes, asset downloads, template sharing, and membership features. We may adjust features without prior notice but aim to keep the core experience stable.

Accounts

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account and activity on it. Contact us if you notice unauthorized use.

Your content

You own content you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and sync content you choose to upload, solely to operate the service. You must not post content that infringes others' rights or is illegal or harmful.

Membership & payment

• Membership is sold via Apple In-App Purchase (monthly subscription or lifetime).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in App Store settings.
• Fees, refunds, and cancellation follow Apple's policies.
• Use "Restore Purchases" after switching devices to sync entitlements.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, distribute malware, disrupt the service, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

App UI, icons, built-in assets, templates, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, modify, or use them commercially without permission.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Back up important content; we are not liable for loss due to network, device, or force majeure.

Changes

We may update these terms and publish them in the app or on this site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
